The red supergiant from the constellation Scorpius that gives this model its name is one of the brightest stars in the night sky and an excellent object to study, especially in southern latitudes.

Using the PRAKTICA Antares telescope, you can observe not only lunar craters and seas, but more distant and smaller objects. Artificial satellites, large comets and asteroids are visible even in urban illumination, and outside the city you can see deep space objects - large globular star clusters and bright nebulae.
