Warranty & Returns
If your order turns up faulty or you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can simply return the item(s) to us in their original condition within 28 days of receipt. Returns cannot be accepted if the goods have been torn, damaged or tampered with. We ask you to take care of the goods you purchase while they are in your possession. This means that you may inspect the goods but tags should not be removed from any item and the original packaging should be retained.
If your order develops a fault after 28 calendar days from receipt, providing the item is within its warranty period, you are entitled to a warranty repair.
Unfortunately, if you placed your order before December 2015 your warranty is no longer valid. Your product was manufactured by the previous owners of PRAKTICA and they have seized production.
If you placed your order after January 2016 please follow the below steps:
Click here to complete our Returns Request Form and wait for authorisation from our customer service team.
Once authorised and confirmed, pack the product in its original packaging with all accessories, documentation and completed return form. Please ensure all products are secure before returning them back to us.
We will advise which address you should return your product(s) to. Please clearly indicate your unique return number on the outer box.
Once we have received your order back and they have been inspected we will issue you with a refund or exchange. Refunds can take up to 5 working days.
Allow up to 3 days from the point of return before chasing our customer services team. We reserve the right to refuse any return.
All rejected units will be returned to you and you may be liable for any costs incurred.
We are unable to despatch a replacement unless a return request form has been approved & a returns reference has been issued.
